Document Preparation Services

Simplify the accreditation process, gain valuable insights in our communications prior to application, and ensure a smooth application process with our document preparation services. We prepare your own Health and Safety Policy document. This will also include all your required policies and  procedures as stated to your left that you want your operatives to follow whilst working on your behalf. Visual documented site safety audits prepared.  These will be entered to the accreditation bodies of your choice and supplied to your clients digitally on your request.  The site safety audits are mandatory for accreditation.  

The site safety audit is produced on a digital platform with descriptions of all site safety matters. This is a very valuable , showing areas that need attention and areas of good compliance. The audit summary details all items, examples are Welfare, first aid, PPe, fire safety, documentation, operative awareness, hazard perception, PUWER , LOLER, site safety signage, and more.

Also contact us for any fire safety advice. We can visit and put in place the correct fire safety plan, make sure all your fire safety notices are correct. The fire safety signage is in the correct positions. Just use the contact sections. Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the accreditation process take?

The accreditation process timeline varies depending on the type of accreditation required. This could be Chas (construction health and safety scheme), (Construction Line) various levels. Gold-Silver and bronze plus Elite. Safe Contractor (Alcumus). All based on your specific trade. We will work with you to establish a timeline that fits your needs.

Your company Health and Safety file would take approximatley one week to complete. That would also be inconjunction with up-loading your newly created documentation to the accreditation portal for assessment. This will also mean planning a site safety visit to complete a site safety audit on your works. Toolbox talks will also be carried out.  

What types of accreditations do you specialize in?

We specialize in a wide range of construction accreditations, including but not limited to CHAS, Safe-Contractor, and Constructionline.

Do you offer ongoing support after accreditation?
Yes, we offer ongoing support to our clients post-accreditation to ensure they maintain compliance and succeed in their projects.
